Agreement
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the SalesLadders™ websites and any other website or page that links to these Terms (together, the “Sites”), and any digital products, memberships, downloads, or services offered by Oceanid Pty Ltd (ACN 104 899 792) as trustee for Hyperion Trust (ABN 68 717 209 803), trading as SalesLadders™, including products presented under brand display names such as SalesLadder™ Secrets.
By accessing the Sites, creating an account, joining a list, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Sites or purchase.
Who may use our services
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your place of residence, and able to form a binding contract. If you use our services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
Digital products and descriptions
We sell digital information products, training, templates, graphics, or similar digital goods. Brand display names are marketing references and do not change the legal identity stated in these Terms.
Product descriptions on sales pages are for information. We aim for accuracy but may correct errors. Digital products are generally delivered by online access, download link, or member area after payment is confirmed.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe there is misuse, fraud, or a security risk.
License and intellectual property
All content on the Sites and in our products, including text, videos, graphics, templates, trademarks, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
When you purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for your personal or internal business use only, unless a product page expressly states otherwise. You must not:
- copy, share, resell, sublicense, or publicly republish product materials except as expressly allowed;
- remove copyright or proprietary notices;
- use our content to build a competing product; or
- scrape or harvest site content with automated tools without our written permission.
Affiliate or partner terms apply only on those Sites presented as SalesLadder™ where /affiliates is present, and are also subject to any separate affiliate agreement.
Orders, pricing, and payment
Prices are shown on the relevant sales or checkout page in the currency stated.
Payment is processed by third-party payment providers. You authorize us and those providers to charge the payment method you provide. Orders may be refused or cancelled if fraud is suspected or payment fails.
Refunds
Refunds and remedies are described in our Refund Policy at https://salesladdersecrets.com/refund and are subject to the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot be excluded under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or other applicable law.
Acceptable use
You must not use the Sites or products to break any law or infringe others’ rights; distribute malware, spam, or harmful code; attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ data; misuse affiliate links or tracking; or harass our team or other customers. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach.
Disclaimer of results

Limitation of liability

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the Sites or products, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights, to the extent permitted by law.

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where acceptance must be obtained in another way by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland (Qld), Australia. Subject to any non-excludable consumer rights, courts in that state have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
